i3i7.com is a URL shortening service that allows users to generate short links and QR codes. Users may also connect custom domains for branding purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all links created using our service.
You must ensure that your shortened URLs comply with all applicable laws.
You may not use our service to create fraudulent, misleading, or harmful links.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not use i3i7.com for:
❌ Illegal content – Including child pornography, hacking, drug sales, and scams.
❌ Malicious links – Such as phishing, malware, or spyware.
❌ Misleading URLs – Links pretending to be legitimate sites for fraud.
❌ Spamming – Mass distribution of shortened links via spam emails or messages.
❌ Abuse of service – Any activity that disrupts the platform or exploits vulnerabilities.

We actively monitor and remove links that violate these rules. If your account engages in prohibited activities, we may suspend or terminate your access.

5. Payments, Billing & Refunds

5.1 Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
We do not store credit card details.

5.2 Subscription Plans & Billing

Paid plans are billed automatically (monthly or yearly).
If a payment fails, we may suspend or restrict access until payment is completed.

5.3 Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.
We do not provide refunds for unused time if you cancel early.
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us at admin@i3i7.com within 7 days of payment.

5.4 Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
Fraudulent transactions will be reported to Stripe and law enforcement.

5.5 Upgrades, Downgrades & Cancellations

Upgrading a plan takes effect immediately; you will be charged a pro-rated amount.
Downgrading takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. If your new plan allows fewer domains, extra domains will be removed automatically.
You can cancel anytime, but refunds are not provided.

6. Domain Usage & Custom Domains

Users can add custom domains to shorten links.
You are responsible for configuring DNS settings correctly.
If your subscription ends or is downgraded, excess domains will be removed automatically from the service.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms and Conditions.
Are involved in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.
Engage in excessive abuse of our platform.

If your account is terminated, you lose access to all services, and no refunds will be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service “as is”, with no guarantees of uptime, reliability, or availability.
We are not responsible for any losses due to shortened URLs, including broken links, security risks, or misuse by users.
We are not liable for any damages, including lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm, resulting from use of our Service.
